Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas is seeking a Chief Advancement Officer to lead a comprehensive advancement and marketing strategy. The role reports to the President/CEO and drives donor cultivation, major gifts, and donor stewardship across all channels.

The CAO will advise the CEO and Board, manage development operations and a marketing function, and build a scalable program within Dallas' philanthropic community. Bachelor's is required; CFRE preferred.

Formación

• Minimum eight to ten years of nonprofit development and marketing experience, including prior senior leadership or executive-level experience.
• A Bachelor's degree is required, and an advanced degree is preferred.
• CFRE certification strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a member of BGCD's executive leadership team and set organizational advancement strategy.
• Drive growth by identifying, cultivating, and securing new donors and partners across all fundraising channels.
• Oversee development operations, budgeting, events, communications, and donor stewardship.
• Lead Board engagement, reporting, and fundraising activities at the executive level.
