Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience; advanced degree and/or certifications preferred
• Minimum of 8+ years of Fundraising or sales experience required
• Management Experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee fundraising activities and budget.
• Lead largest fundraising event: Youth of the Year Gala.
• Oversee corporate engagement and large accounts.
• Support individual giving strategies across the team.
• Coach team to improve performance and grow careers.
• Prepare Board fundraising reports and data analysis
