Job summary

StevenDouglas has been retained on a fantastic CAO (Chief Accounting Officer) career opportunity in Austin, Texas. This role offers remote and hybrid working options, reporting to the CFO, and will build out the Accounting team in Austin.

Candidates must have SEC reporting experience, tech startup IPO exposure and international experience, along with an active CPA license and 15–18 years in accounting.

Qualifications

• Must have SEC reporting experience and experience with tech startups going IPO and international exposure.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or business related field required.
• Active CPA license required.

• Integrate into ERP, CRM, and other core business systems.
• Operate within enterprise security and governance frameworks.
