The role involves collaborating with site teams, managing on-site operations, and ensuring financial objectives are met while complying with regulatory standards.

You will handle rent reviews, renewals, and move-ins/outs, oversee staff and maintenance, and participate in budgeting and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years supervisory/managerial experience.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of property management and landlord/tenant laws.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to set rent levels.
• Review rent schedules and renewals.
• Lead the property team to optimize occupancy.
• Oversee move-ins/outs and recertifications.
• Manage budgets and provide financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal program regulations.
