Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• 1-3 years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• Knowledge of LIHTC and HUD regulations required.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to set rent levels.
• Review rent schedules and renewals.
• Oversee rent increases and renewals processing.
• Lead property team to maintain occupancy.
• Process move-ins/out, recertifications, renewals.
• Approve rental applications per standards.
• Follow marketing and reporting policies.
