Job summary

W. Lee Flowers is seeking a frontline team member to deliver outstanding guest service in the deli area. You will help prepare and stock deli products, assist guests, and ensure quality and sanitation standards are met.

This role requires the ability to engage with customers, lift up to 25 lbs regularly, and work well with others. Prior deli or kitchen knowledge is preferred, and you may perform PA announcements as part of duties.

• Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Personally demonstrate superior guest service at all times.
• Ensure product quality meets Lowes Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking and guest service.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
• Perform PA announcements.
