Job summary

The position requires the ability to lift workloads, stand for extended periods, and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment. Training will cover deli operations and safety protocols to meet company standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Knowledge of deli and chicken kitchen operations.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Effective communication, guest service and selling skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to take direction from supervision.

Responsibilities

• Personally demonstrate superior guest service at all times.
• Ensure the quality of product for sale meets Lowes Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department according to Lowes Foods standards.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking and guest service as necessary to achieve standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
• Perform PA announcements.
