Job summary

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality and positive attitude.
• Ability to actively engage guests and make them feel welcome.
• Team player capable of working well with others.
• Capacity to lift 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to read and understand information and directions.
• Knowledge of deli operations and chicken kitchen basics.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Strong communication, guest service and selling skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to take direction from supervision and perform assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest service at all times.
• Ensure product quality meets Lowes Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in the department.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking and guest service as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Make PA announcements.
