You will train new hires, lead shifts, and ensure reports are completed, while upholding Chick-fil-A's service standards and a positive culture on every shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example in daily operations at a busy, fast-paced restaurant
• Provide immediate, respectful responses to guests’ needs
• Train new hires and set a positive tone for each shift
• Hold yourself and team members accountable while fostering a friendly, encouraging atmosphere
• Open and close the restaurant, lead shifts, and serve as a primary contact for shift operations
• Handle managerial tasks and finalize daily reports
• Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and spoken forms
