Chick-fil-A Lincoln is seeking a Director who embodies our core values and a servant's heart. This role supports senior leadership in daily operations, coaches team members, and drives service excellence in a fast-paced restaurant.
The Director leads shifts, opens/closes, and ensures tasks run smoothly while upholding Chick-fil-A's culture and standards. Weekend and night availability is required; training as a Team Member is expected to understand the business.

They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. Directors are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of operational excellence and our recipe for service. A director's two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Directorslead by example and set the tone that others will follow.
