Filevine, a Legal AI company, is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to own full-desk recruitment from sourcing through onboarding. Based in our Chicago office, you will manage 10–15 active requisitions across multiple business units, ensuring efficiency and a high standard of candidate experience.

You will deploy targeted sourcing strategies, conduct structured interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to refine talent profiles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience.
• On-site availability to work out of the Chicago office.
• Generalist versatility across domains (Implementation, Marketing, Technical roles).
• Proven ownership with a history of solving bottlenecks independently.
• Tech stack fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever (or similar ATS), Metaview or modern sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of 10–15 active requisitions across business units.
• Deploy targeted sourcing strategies via LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Metaview, and local networks.
• Conduct structured interview screeners to assess technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate talent profiles and optimize interview workflows.
• Maintain real-time pipeline accuracy and reporting in Lever.
• Represent Filevine at Chicago-area events to build employer brand.
