Job summary

Filevine, a Legal AI company, is seeking a recruiter to own end-to-end, full-desk recruiting for 10–15 requisitions from sourcing to onboarding. Based in our Chicago office, you will partner with hiring managers and leverage tools like Lever, Metaview, and Juicebox to attract diverse, high-caliber candidates.

You will drive structured interviews, assess technical and cultural fit, and help scale Filevine’s regional presence through meetups and campus events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience.
• On-site availability to work out of our Chicago office.
• Generalist versatility across distinct domain areas.
• Proven ownership mindset with bias for action.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, Metaview, Juicebox or similar tools.
• Commitment to inclusive candidate experiences and diverse pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own full-desk recruitment for 10–15 active requisitions across key business units, from sourcing to offer.
• Deploy targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Metaview and local networking groups to attract diverse candidate pools.
• Conduct structured interview screeners to assess technical proficiency and cultural fit with Filevine’s ownership mindset.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to calibrate talent profiles and optimize interview workflows.
• Maintain real-time pipeline accuracy and reporting in Lever to improve time-to-hire metrics.
• Represent Filevine at Chicago-area meetups, career fairs, and networking events to build the employer brand.
