Job summary

Professional Transportation, Inc. (PTI) is hiring a Regional Operations Manager to lead field operations across multiple locations, driving safety, service quality, and operational excellence.

The ROM will supervise branches, manage fleet and CRM efforts, and partner with railroad customers to ensure reliable, on-time crew transportation services. Travel to sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Minimum of 1+ year of supervisory or management experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Proficient in PTI software such as DriveCam, Trimble, and Crew.
• Have a valid state driver’s license issued by the state of proposed employment.
• Have at least 5 years of verifiable driving experience.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the branch location.
• Must be able to read, write, and converse in English.
• Must be able to use a GPS/Technology System.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations tasks and assignments across multiple locations.
• Drive operational excellence and safety standards.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance programs and GPS tech installations.
• Develop relationships with railroad customers and address issues.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback.
