Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ year of supervisory or management experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Proficient in PTI software such as DriveCam, Trimble, and Crew.

Responsibilities

• Promote and practice safety awareness using PTI's safety model.
• Recruit, train, and retain a quality driver workforce.
• Supervise and coach employees; manage branch expenditures and operations.
• Coordinate trips and ensure hours of service compliance.
