Qualifications

• 5+ yrs plaintiff-side personal injury experience.
• Active attorney in good standing, barred in Illinois.
• Stable work history, no short stints.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• On-site 5 days in Chicago.
• US citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full plaintiff PI caseload from intake through settlement.
• Strategic case investigation and medical record analysis.
• Develop case strategy and negotiate with insurance carriers.
• Communicate clearly with clients in bilingual English/Spanish.
• Collaborate with legal assistants, case managers, and lien negotiators.
