Hawksmoor Chicago is seeking a brand-new Runner to join our team and help open our second international restaurant in Chicago. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be part of a fast-paced team delivering exceptional service.

You will handle correct setup/breakdown, relay info between floor and kitchen, and deliver food to tables while maintaining high service standards. Experience in top Chicago restaurants and ability to work in high-volume environments are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a runner in high-end or busy dining environments.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Able to communicate clearly between floor and kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and break down of restaurant daily.
• Deliver food to tables from kitchen in a timely manner.
• Maintain crockery and cutlery to high standards.
• Relay information between floor and kitchen to ensure smooth service.
• Support overall dining room operations during service.
