Job summary

Lucky Lincoln Gaming, LLC is seeking a VP of Operations to own statewide field operations in Illinois, including Collections, Vault, Service, and Equipment uptime. The role requires deep field presence and a track record of building scalable operating playbooks and leadership bench strength.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in multi-unit, route-based, or service-heavy field operations.
• Directly managed operations managers or supervisors; able to run a multi-layer field organization.
• Built or redesigned an operating playbook or SOP set, not just used someone else’s.
• Active field presence and coaching, not just dashboard review.
• Experience with cash-intensive, regulated, or compliant operations; gaming background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee statewide field operations: Collections, Vault, Service, and Equipment uptime across Illinois.
• Direct oversight of Call Center and Field Service/Tech teams, plus regional managers.
• Develop and enforce operating playbooks, standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Coach and develop the next generation of operations leaders.
• Ensure readiness for expansion into new states with scalable systems.
