Nelbud Services, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow new business across Chicago and the surrounding Chicagoland area. This full-time, field-based role focuses on prospecting, meeting with decision-makers, and closing new commercial contracts for Nelbud’s fire protection, kitchen exhaust cleaning, and related facility services.

You’ll own the front end of the sales cycle, build your pipeline, and earn through a $65,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions and performance

Qualifications

• 1+ year of B2B outside sales or new business development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new B2B customers throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
• Meet with business owners, facility managers, operations leaders, and other decision-makers.
• Present customized service solutions and close new business.
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance in CRM systems.
