Job summary

Nelbud Services Group, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business across Chicago and Chicagoland.

This hunter sales role focuses on prospecting, meeting owners and managers, and closing deals for Nelbud’s fire protection, kitchen exhaust cleaning, grease management, and related facility services. You will own the front end of the sales cycle, develop your own book of business, and enjoy earnings tied to performance with uncapped commission and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of B2B outside sales or new business development experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and generate new business.
• Comfortable with in-person, field-based selling.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing an independent territory.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Chicagoland territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new B2B customers throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
• Build your own pipeline through cold outreach, in-person prospecting, referrals, networking, and other business-development activities.
• Meet with business owners, facility managers, operations leaders, and other decision-makers.
• Conduct site visits and identify customer needs.
• Present customized service solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close new business.
• Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Partner with operations and technical teams to ensure a smooth customer handoff.
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance in CRM systems.
