Lawyers for Justice in Chicago seeks a seasoned attorney to join our wage-and-hour and class action litigation team. The Chicago-Attorney will represent clients in state and federal actions, manage an active caseload, conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, and argue motions in court.
The ideal candidate is licensed to practice law in California or Chicago with 5+ years of civil litigation experience, strong oral advocacy, and a commitment to achieving strong client outcomes.

The Attorney will represent and advocate on behalf of clients in state and federal plaintiff's-side wage-and-hour, class, and representative action litigation against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing an active caseload; conducting and responding to discovery; taking and defending depositions; drafting and arguing motions; appearing in court for hearings and trial; and advising clients throughout the litigation process. Our caseload is growing and the ideal candidate for this position is a licensed, experienced litigator who is organized, professional, and committed to achieving strong outcomes for our clients.
