Decision Point in Chicago is seeking a passionate, spiritually mature leader to reach students across the Chicago area through evangelism, discipleship, leadership development, and church partnerships.

The role involves coaching student leaders, equipping them to share the gospel, recruiting volunteers, and building partnerships with churches and community leaders. Full-time, 40+ hours/week with significant travel within the Chicago area.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and disciple student leaders

• Lead and grow ministry efforts throughout the Chicago area

Compensation

$49,000–$65,000/year based on experience and qualifications

Schedule

Full-time, 40+ hours/week

Travel

Significant travel throughout the Chicago area, with occasional regional and national travel

Support Raising

Staff participate in fundraising with training, coaching, and ongoing support.
