Job summary

Decision Point is seeking Campus Ministry Field Staff to equip students to share Christ, build partnerships with local churches, recruit volunteers, and strengthen campus ministry across the region.

During the ministry year (Sept–May), you will spend 50–75% in the field coaching students, visiting schools, and connecting with pastors and community leaders. This full-time role requires travel and leadership in campus outreach.

Qualifications

• Passion for evangelism and student ministry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to lead and develop others.
• Ministry experience in a church or parachurch setting preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Willing to work full-time (45+ hours/week) and travel frequently.

Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit dedicated to reaching the next generation with the gospel by equipping, sending, and coaching students to share Christ on their school campuses and online. We partner with churches to build student leaders and expand gospel-centered ministry across the nation.

Position Summary

Campus Ministry Field Staff equip students to share Christ, build partnerships with local churches, recruit and develop volunteers, and strengthen campus ministry efforts throughout their region. Compensation

1. Salary: $40,000–$75,000 annually, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
2. Staff members raise financial and prayer support with comprehensive training and ongoing coaching provided by Decision Point.
