Job summary

Decision Point is seeking a Chicago Area Campus Ministry Staff member to coach student leaders, foster church partnerships, and help establish gospel-centered campus ministries across Chicagoland. During the ministry year, you will spend substantial time in the field mentoring students, visiting schools, and connecting with pastors.

The role requires 45+ hours/week, strong evangelism passion, and willingness to travel regionally or nationwide.

Qualifications

• Passion for evangelism and student ministry.
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ministry experience in a church or parachurch setting preferred.
• Willing to work full-time (45+ hours/week) and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coach and disciple student leaders for campus outreach.
• Build relationships with pastors, youth leaders, and local churches.
• Recruit, equip, and support student-led ministries.
• Expand Decision Point's ministry throughout the Chicagoland area.
• Travel regularly within the region and occasionally nationwide.
