Qualifications

• Ministry experience in a church or parachurch setting preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Chicago area and nationwide.
• Passion for evangelism, discipleship, and student ministry.

Responsibilities

• Coach and disciple students to share the gospel with peers.
• Build relationships with youth pastors, churches, and community leaders.
• Recruit, equip, and mentor student leaders and volunteers.
• Help expand ministry throughout the Chicago area.
• Spend 50-75% of your time in the field during the school year.
