Job summary

Decision Point is seeking a Chicago Area Campus Ministry Staff member to coach student leaders, foster church partnerships, and help establish gospel-centered campus ministries across Chicagoland. During the ministry year, you will spend substantial time in the field mentoring students, visiting schools, and connecting with pastors.

The role requires 45+ hours/week, strong evangelism passion, and willingness to travel regionally or nationwide.

Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit dedicated to reaching the next generation with the gospel by equipping, sending, and coaching students to share Christ on their school campuses and online. We partner with churches to develop student leaders and expand gospel impact across the nation.

Position Summary

The Chicago Area Campus Ministry Staff member will coach student leaders, build relationships with local churches, and help establish gospel-centered campus ministries throughout the Chicagoland area. During the ministry year (September–May), you\'ll spend 50–75% of your time in the field mentoring students, visiting schools, and connecting with pastors and community leaders.

Responsibilities

1. Coach and disciple student leaders for campus outreach.

3. Recruit, equip, and support student-led ministries.
4. Expand Decision Point\'s ministry throughout the Chicagoland area.
