Job summary

Decision Point in Chicago seeks a dedicated ministry professional to coach students in gospel sharing and disciple their peers. You will build relationships with youth pastors, churches, and local leaders while recruiting and mentoring student volunteers.

Position Overview

• Spend 50-75% of your time in the field during the school year.

Anticipated Start: Spring 2026 or later, as God provides.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Chicago area and occasionally nationwide.
• Passion for evangelism, discipleship, and student ministry.
• Mature Christian committed to biblical values.

Compensation

Salary: $40,000-$60,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Decision Point staff raise prayer and financial support as part of their ministry. Comprehensive fundraising training, coaching, and ongoing support are provided.
