Job summary

Marhofer Chevrolet in Stow, OH seeks an energetic salesperson to build lasting customer relationships by guiding guests through a transparent, no-haggle, one-price buying process and to help them select the right vehicle.

You will demonstrate vehicles, conduct test drives, explain features and financing options, maintain CRM records, follow up on leads, and ensure every delivery delivers a world-class customer experience while meeting dealership sales objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and comply with state and dealership requirements for vehicle operation and sales activities.
• Associate degree or coursework in business, marketing, or communications preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or relationship-building.
• CRM experience and handling digital leads is highly desirable.

• Build customer relationships and assist guests in selecting and purchasing vehicles through a transparent, no-haggle sales process while delivering an exceptional experience and achieving dealership sales objectives.

• Ongoing sales, customer service, or automotive industry training is a plus.

Required Experience

• Previous customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or relationship-building experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, build trust, and achieve performance goals in a customer-focused environment.

Preferred Experience

• Automotive sales, one-price retail sales, CRM utilization, lead management, or commissioned sales experience preferred.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer experiences and handling digital leads is highly desirable.
