Job summary

Bowser Hyundai in Chippewa seeks a certified Chevrolet/GM Master Technician adjacent to its Hyundai service operation. The role emphasizes advanced diagnostics, hands-on repairs, and mentoring newer technicians.

You will attend Hyundai factory training, stay current on warranty procedures, and uphold high customer-satisfaction standards in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• Must hold Hyundai Master Technician Certification or be currently in pursuit.
• Certified PA Emissions and Inspection License required or in process.
• Strong general mechanical skills and attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Hyundai vehicles.
• Assist and mentor entry-level technicians.
• Advise service advisor immediately if additional work is needed.
• Attend factory-sponsored training classes and stay current with Hyundai training.
• Ensure top tier customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.
• Maintain cleanliness of shop area.
• Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations regarding waste disposal.
• Road-test vehicles to quality-check work performed.
• Abide by Bowser Automotive Inc. safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
