Job summary

Vahan.ai is seeking a Cluster Manager for Chennai to build and scale regional supply strategy, drive vendor performance, and optimize processes. You will manage field and vendor operations, engage with clients, and report on performance metrics across blue-collar workforce programs.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS-Office and G-Suite. This on-site role offers a dynamic startup environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree and 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in managing and scaling moderate to large teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS-Office and G-Suite tools
• Experience in hyper-growth startups preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and scale supply strategy, operations processes, and execution within your region.
• Lead a large team of vendors, driving performance through continuous improvement and coordination.
• Explore new tools and processes to enhance workflows, boosting productivity and reducing costs.
• Interface with regional client POCs to ensure smooth workflow and vendor support.
• Spend time on-field and off-field to address ground-level challenges with scalable solutions.
• Establish and manage a cadence for performance reporting to track results.
• Focus on acquiring and engaging low-skilled workers in blue-collar/gray collar sectors and build scalable teams.
