Job summary

Vahan.ai is seeking a Cluster Manager in Ahmedabad to build and scale supply strategy, manage vendor networks, and optimize regional processes. You will drive client interactions, field insights, and performance reporting to ensure scalable solutions for blue-collar recruitment.

You will lead vendor teams, optimize workflows, and grow the regional workforce pipeline while partnering with clients to deliver impact in a high-growth startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree.
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in managing and scaling moderate to large teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale supply strategy, operations processes, and execution within your region.
• Lead a large team of vendors with continuous improvement and performance management.
• Explore tools and processes to enhance workflows and boost program productivity.
• Interface with regional Client POCs to ensure smooth workflow and vendor support.
• Spend time on-field and off-field to address ground-level challenges with scalable solutions.
• Establish and manage a cadence for performance reporting to track results.
• Develop scalable teams and processes for job seeker acquisition in blue-collar sectors.
