Job summary

Messino Cancer Centers is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to manage medication preparation, dispensing, inventory, and compliance in a clinical setting. You will coordinate with nursing and physicians, maintain the Nucleus system, and support multiple locations as needed.

The role requires PTCB or licensed technician credentials, 3+ years of healthcare experience, and a willingness to travel to clinics for training and meetings. State license and safety training are essential.

Qualifications

• PTCB Certification or Registered as Pharmacy Technician is required.
• Minimum of three years' experience in healthcare, preferably in a clinical setting as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Valid State Driver's License for travel to clinics is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix chemotherapy drugs and solutions under supervision and state regulations.
• Maintain proficiency with the Nucleus medication dispensing system and accurate dispensing.
• Review next-day orders with nursing staff to anticipate needs.
• Order, stock, and track medical supplies and medications with inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws, patient privacy, OSHA, and policies.
