• Writes SOPs and maintains supplies for areas of expertise.
• Oversees QC and instrumentation logs for accuracy of results.
• Trains Medical Technologists and Medical Lab Technologists.
• Acts as liaison between Lab Support Services and clinical departments.
• Provides input to managers for performance evaluations.
