Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related Physical Science field.
• Experience in lab research, industrial chemical processing, pharmaceutical R&D, or academic instruction.
• Deep knowledge of organic, inorganic, analytical, or physical chemistry and reaction mechanisms.
• Understanding of chemical safety protocols (SDS), GHS standards, and regulatory requirements (EPA, REACH, FDA).
• Ability to identify errors in IUPAC nomenclature, stoichiometry, molecular geometry, and thermodynamic calculations.
• Ability to explain intricate reaction pathways or molecular interactions clearly and accurately.
• Must have a PayPal account to receive payment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated chemistry for factual accuracy, structural integrity, and reasoning.
• Fact-check reactions, formulas, balancing, and viability of proposed synthetic routes.
• Audit model-generated lab protocols, safety summaries, and spectral interpretations (NMR, IR, Mass Spec).
• Annotate molecular data, correct SMILES, and review 2D/3D representations and property predictions.
• Ensure AI outputs do not provide instructions for dangerous, illicit, or restricted substances.
