• Maintains quality control and instrument maintenance/troubleshooting with appropriate documentation.
• Follows safety guidelines, accreditation standards, and proficiency testing protocols.
• Manages inventory of supplies and reagents to support operations.
• Adapts communication and service to diverse patient populations and data privacy requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned and ensures compliance with policies.
