Chemours is seeking a Regional Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary regional engineering team across multiple manufacturing sites. You will supervise capital project plans, cost estimates, and schedules while ensuring safety, environmental responsibility, and governance in line with corporate guidelines.

You will partner with the Capital Portfolio Manager, drive project delivery, and mentor engineers to optimize performance and cost.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial or manufacturing project management.
• Demonstrated leadership of high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.

• Lead regional engineering team to plan, review, and cost estimate capital projects.
