Job summary

Amrize North America, through its Systech Environmental Corporation affiliate, seeks a Chemist to perform laboratory analyses of by-products, waste, and materials used in co-processing. You will ensure adherence to lab protocols, QA/QC standards, and safety regulations while supporting production and environmental objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Life Science (Chemistry preferred), 3+ years of relevant lab experience, and knowledge of regulatory training such as RCRA and MSHA, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, preferably Chemistry.
• 3 years of related production or research laboratory experience.
• Regulatory and safety training such as RCRA and MSHA; proficiency tests within one year.

Responsibilities

• Interpret chemical and procedure analyses to determine properties.
• Perform lab analyses of waste and raw materials for processing suitability.
• Evaluate and recommend upgrades for lab equipment and software.
• Train lab personnel and supervise workflows as required.
• Maintain safety, QA/QC, and environmental policies in daily work.
