Job summary

Infosoft Inc. seeks a Chemist for a hair color laboratory role in a global industrial and consumer products environment. You will prepare hair color laboratory batches, assess product stability, and report results to stakeholders.

Responsibilities include operating lab equipment, upholding CGMP practices, preparing samples, and communicating formulation stability and efficacy findings while coordinating with raw material suppliers as required.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field with 1–4 years experience.
• Experience in Hair Color/Care or consumer products formulation.
• Strong problem-solving and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Make hair color laboratory batches and document results.

Job description

Our client is a global industrial and consumer products manufacturer.

We are looking for a Chemist.

• The position will include as tasks to successfully making hair color laboratory batches, conducting product stability, evaluating color performance, and recording and reporting results.
• Experience with lab equipment such as batching equipment, pH meters, viscometers, and Microsoft applications, and interaction with raw material suppliers a plus.
• Ability to lift bulk materials, fill consumer laboratory samples, and prepare hair tresses with application of consumer products and CGMP practices required.
• Assist in the maintenance of laboratory raw materials, glassware, supplies, and waste.
• Communicate formulation stability and efficacy results.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field plus 1-4 years of experience.
• Prior experience in Hair Color/Care or Consumer Products formulation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and analytical skills. Quick learner.
