Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks a Chemist to join the Research & Development Laboratory, supporting product development and formulation teams in Darien, CT. You will prepare hair color product batches, conduct stability testing, and report results within CGMP guidelines.

Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of handling lab materials and collaborating with internal teams and suppliers in a fast-paced R&D setting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with laboratory equipment such as batching equipment, pH meters, and viscometers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Ability to lift and handle bulk materials.
• Knowledge of CGMP practices and laboratory procedures.
• Ability to communicate test results and interact with raw material suppliers.
