Qualifications

• Experience in Trust & Safety or policy enforcement at platform scale, including AI tools for content review.
• Experience using AI tools to build data dashboards for metrics.
• Ability to analyze complex, ambiguous situations and make well-reasoned decisions under time pressure.
• Proactive and self-directed: spots trends and ships improvements independently.
• Excellent written communication translating technical chemistry concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Usage Policies focused on chemical and explosives risks in AI.
• Own enforcement monitoring workflows for chemical and explosives harms, improving detection and triage processes.
• Monitor platform activity to identify emerging patterns related to chemical threats.
• Design scalable automated enforcement systems with high accuracy.
• Investigate potential violations and document evidence to support enforcement decisions.
• Surface trends and propose improvements to detection methods and review workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to optimize models and systems.
• Coordinate with Policy and Threat Intelligence to understand exploits and contribute to risk assessments.
• Provide enforcement-grounded feedback on policy gaps and manage escalations.
