Anthropic is seeking a Safeguards Enforcement Analyst to drive enforcement workflows focusing on access controls and identity verification. You will shape policy, manage enforcement queues, and coordinate with Legal, Public Policy, and Privacy teams to ensure privacy-preserving, proportionate responses.

Strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Policy is required, along with experience in trust & safety and data-driven decision making. Hybrid office presence is expected.

Qualificações

• Experience in trust & safety, integrity, or risk policy work.
• Strong written communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort using data to measure effectiveness and inform decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Set collection policy for identity signals and access reinstatement.
• Improve verification program health and consistency of outcomes.
• Own access policy for hard cases including geographic restrictions.
