You will read real model interactions and decide if activity is benign research or a credible threat, working with Policy, Threat Intelligence, Data Science, and Engineering teams.

This role requires chemistry-related education or experience, trust & safety background, and ability to analyze ambiguous situations under time pressure.

Formación

• Chemistry-related degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Trust & Safety or policy enforcement at platform scale.
• Experience using AI tools to develop dashboards and metrics.
• Ability to analyze complex and ambiguous situations under time pressure.
• Clear written communication for diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive in shipping workflow improvements without prompting.

Responsabilidades

• Enforce Usage Policies focusing on detecting and mitigating chemical and explosives risks.
• Own enforcement monitoring workflows and improve end-to-end detection and triage.
• Monitor platform activity to identify emerging chemical/explosives threats.
• Design scalable automated enforcement systems and review workflows.
• Investigate potential violations and document evidence for enforcement decisions.
• Surface trends and propose improvements to detection methods and workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to optimize detection models.
• Partner with Policy/Threat Intelligence to understand exploits and assist risk assessments.
• Provide enforcement-grounded feedback on policy gaps and handle escalations.
