• Requires degree in chemistry-related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or policy enforcement at platform scale.
• Experience using AI tools to develop data dashboards for metrics collection.

Responsabilités

• Enforce usage policies focusing on chemical and explosives harms.
• Own enforcement monitoring workflows for the chemical and explosives harm area.
• Monitor platform activity for emerging chemical and explosives threats and update policies accordingly.
• Design and architect automated enforcement systems and scalable review workflows.
• Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and support enforcement decisions.
• Surface trends and propose improvements to detection methods proactively.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to optimize detection models and enforcement systems.
• Work with Policy and Threat Intelligence to understand exploits and risk frameworks.
• Provide enforcement-grounded feedback on policy gaps and manage escalations.
