Anthropic is seeking an Enforcement Analyst focused on Bio Harms to protect against misuse of AI in biological contexts. You will enforce usage policies, monitor for bio risks, and coordinate with Policy, Threat Intelligence, Data Science, and Engineering to strengthen safeguards at scale.

You will interpret dual-use biology concepts, conduct investigations, and translate complex bio topics for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in a bio-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or policy enforcement at platform scale.
• Experience using AI tools to build data dashboards for metrics and improvements.

Responsabilités

• Enforce Usage Policies with focus on bio risks and AI misuse.
• Own enforcement monitoring workflows for bio-harms area.
• Analyze platform activity for biological threats and related policy implications.
• Design automated enforcement systems and scalable review workflows.
• Investigate potential violations and document evidence for enforcement decisions.
• Surface trends and propose improvements to detection methods.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to optimize detection models and enforcement systems.
• Provide policy feedback and handle escalations in time-sensitive bio-related cases.
• Communicate complex bio concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
