Job summary

Chemsolv is seeking a Chemical Production Operator to join our Roanoke, VA team. This role supports chemical production, warehouse operations, and material handling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Stand for extended periods and occasionally climb ladders.
• Strong work ethic and attention to safety.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload chemical drums and totes
• Stage materials for production
• Assist with chemical blending and plant operations
• Transport samples to the Quality Control Lab
• Label containers and maintain accurate identification
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, starting at 7:00 a.m.
• Overtime may be required based on production needs

What You'll Do
