The position requires willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends, with on-call rotations. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED, be able to wear respirators, lift up to 50 pounds, and demonstrate strong safety awareness and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to wear full-face respirator and tight-fitting SAR equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
• Pass respiratory and physical tests to wear respirator.
• Lift 50 pounds and climb ladders.
• Roll cylinders up to 200 lbs.
• Work rotating day/night shifts in PA/NJ.
• Positive attitude and safety-first.
• Learn technical chemical processes quickly.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Perform technical troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Self-starter under pressure.
• Participate in ALAM’s emergency response team.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate assigned production processes to meet daily quality and productivity goals.
• Prioritize daily tasks with Production Leads and Supervisors.
• Participate in safety meetings and promote a safe work environment.
• Review and update Standard Operating Procedures and learning resources.
• Assemble/disassemble production equipment and perform basic maintenance.
• Support a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Assemble and disassemble production equipment.
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment.
• Champion a Do It Safe, Do It Right the First Time culture.
• Issue safe work permits as needed.
• Complete all assigned training.
• Cross-train peers on approved functions.
