Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource on production plant capability and capacity.
• Understand plant chemistry and operation, safety, and environmental parameters.
• Monitor KPIs daily and drive improvements in safety, quality and productivity.
• Track OEE and support gap closure with other engineers.
• Update documentation and standard operating procedures for the plant.
• Transfer knowledge to operators and promote safe, first-time right practices.
