Job summary

Air Liquide Advanced Materials is hiring a Quality Control Lab Technician I for the Upper Mount Bethel, PA area. The role focuses on analytical operations, coordinating test results, and maintaining equipment within a highly structured lab setting.

The position requires ability to work night shifts and weekends on a 12-hour schedule. Candidates should have chemistry knowledge and GC experience, with a preference for AS degrees and prior lab exposure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Coursework in Chemistry or related training with 1+ years of lab and GC experience.
• Flexible hours and shift work is a strong possibility.
• Must be and remain clean shaven at all times.
• Ability to wear a full face respirator and SAR equipment.
• Ability to pass respiratory and physical tests for respirator use.
• Fitness for duty including lifting 50 pounds and climbing ladders.
• Roll cylinders as part of job duties.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures to ensure proper results of test samples and finished products.
• Analyze raw/in-process materials and finished goods using multiple analytical techniques.
• Maintain analytical equipment and perform preventive maintenance as directed.
• Input and document analytical data in databases/LIMS.
• Adhere to ISO 9001:2015 directives and calibration requirements.
• Work in a structured, safety-focused environment and report hazards.
