Jacobs in Portland, OR, is seeking Process/Chemical Engineering Interns to join Advanced Facilities. You will support engineers on critical projects, develop PFDs, P&IDs, and equipment specs, and gain exposure to design software like PipeFlo, AFT Fathom, Bluebeam, and SmartPlant.

Mentorship from senior staff will help you grow technically and professionally. Ideal candidates are pursuing a BS in Chemical Engineering, have strong communication skills, and prior internship experience.

Formación

• Pursuing a BS in Chemical Engineering from an accredited program.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior internship or project experience.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing process designs and PFDs/P&IDs.
• Support sizing calculations for pipe and equipment.
• Develop process specifications under mentorship.
• Use software tools (PipeFlo, AFT Fathom, Bluebeam, SmartPlant) to model concepts.
