Job summary

Jacobs is seeking Process Engineering Interns for the Life Sciences North America group in a hybrid role. You will be paired with a process engineer, learn to read and develop PFDs, P&IDs, equipment lists, and data sheets, and participate in a dedicated training program with SME sessions.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a BS in Chemical Engineering, have strong Microsoft Office skills, and can work in the United States without visa sponsorship. GPA 3.0+ and prior design internship are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Previous design internship experience.
• Ability to communicate with all management levels.
• Self-driven time management and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reading and developing deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs, equipment lists and data sheets.
• Participate in Jacobs Life Sciences North America Process Training Program.
• Present learnings and experiences to peers and Cary management team.
