Job summary

Syensqo, a science company, is seeking a chemical processing professional to lead improvement projects from concept through completion. You will drive safety, productivity, and quality by guiding process changes across manufacturing sites and tolling partners, including data collection, trials, and implementation.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, 5–10+ years in chemical manufacturing, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• 5–10+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing operations or process engineering.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills; Six Sigma awareness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote process safety, quality, and customer service within your control.
• Lead improvement projects from concept to completion with the global team.
• Drive optimization initiatives across sites and tolling partners.
• Provide operational support including yield, OEE, and SQC, and issue resolution.
• Communicate with operations, quality, supply chain, and external partners.
